  • Karnak Temple – A vast temple complex with giant columns and sacred lake.

  • Optional: Sound & Light Show at Karnak.

Day 2: West Bank Tomb Hunting

  • Valley of the Kings – Includes tombs of Tutankhamun, Seti I, and more.

  • Temple of Hatshepsut – Impressive mortuary temple of Egypt’s first female pharaoh.

  • Colossi of Memnon – Giant seated statues, perfect for photo ops.

  • Evening felucca ride on the Nile.

Day 3: Local Encounters & Nature

  • Balloon ride at sunrise – A surreal view over ancient ruins and the Nile.

  • Visit a local village on the West Bank for authentic crafts and food.

  • Optional: Bike along rural paths near sugarcane fields.

Day 4: Nile River Cruise Start (Optional)

  • Board a cruise to Aswan, stopping at Edfu (Temple of Horus) and Kom Ombo along the way.

Nile Cruise Tips
